Peter's mother Thelma announces that she is getting a divorce, and Peter feels abandoned. However, he soon finds a father figure in her new boyfriend Tom Tucker and begins acting like a child again. Meanwhile, Brian gets his own radio show and Stewie can't help but stir things up.
